Teach Montana Educators Fairs 2025 - 2026

This year, we’re offering two in-person Teach Montana Educators Fairs—giving Montana schools more opportunities and more flexibility to connect with future educators. Whether you’re hiring now or planning ahead, there’s something for everyone. We're also extending invitations to all majors so your district can recruit not only teachers, but also school counselors, administrative staff, and more—whatever your hiring needs may be.

Our Teach Montana Podcast Series offers school districts a unique opportunity to connect with future educators in a meaningful way. Through short, conversational interviews, school leaders share what it's really like to work in their district—highlighting school culture, professional development, community values, and day-to-day experiences in the classroom. The podcast gives students valuable insights into the K-12 education landscape across Montana and helps them envision where they might thrive as teachers. It’s a powerful way to tell your story, attract talent, and showcase your school as a great place to work and grow.
