Sunday, August 23: Jabs Success Workshop

A workshop just for CABLE students with engaging tips, tricks and games that will help lead to a successful first year on campus.

 

Monday, August 24:

  • Move into your residence hall room

 

Tuesday, August 25: Hiking Day

CABLE students will have the opportunity to go hike the M and get to know each other and the Bozeman outdoors before school starts.


Wednesday, August 26:

  • 1st Day of College!
  • Get your textbooks, student ID card, etc.

 

August 23 - August 26:

  • Check out MSU Debut – a series of Welcome Week Activities to introduce you to campus and new friends!

Fun Day Packing List

Hiking

  • Liters of water in a durable bottle (2 large mouth Nalgenes® recommended)
  • Shoes that you can hike in
  • Breathable clothes
  • Sunshirt with SPF if necessary
  • Sunglasses
  • Lunch and snacks (granola bars, trail mix, PwerBars® Clif Bars® , bagels w/peanut butter) provided by us
  • Any medications you may need
  • Sunscreen and sun hat
  • Positive attitude
  • Optional items: Camera, etc.
