4-H Facility Rental Options:

  • Gallatin County Fairgrounds or Extension Office - you MUST use this digital request form. Please do not just email Kari, Colyn or Molly to request facilities, it’s too messy to track.
    • If you plan to utilize the Extension 4-H Office as a meeting space for club/projects:
      • You must submit your requests via the form https://forms.gle/ZtEept9exCQzGjZR8 in advance, as many 4-H projects/clubs/committees and external groups utilize our conference rooms throughout the year.
    • If you plan to utilize the Gallatin County Fairgrounds Facilities for club/project activities:
      • You must submit your requests via the form https://forms.gle/ZtEept9exCQzGjZR8 by the 23rd of the month PRIOR to your meeting (Ex. if your activity is in November, you would need to submit a request by September 23rd).
      • If you do not submit by the deadline, the Fairgrounds will not make exceptions. ALL fairgrounds facility use requests MUST come through our 4-H office FIRST.  We submit all requests to the Fairgrounds in one lump each month to get our 4-H hourly discount and our office communicates with leaders if the requested facilities are available or not. **Please do not submit requests to the Fairgrounds yourself, and if possible, please try to submit all requests for that month at one time.
  • Belgrade Chamber of Commerce Building (Gallatin 4-H is a Belgrade Chamber member)
    • Large conference room/event space & Small conference room available for rent
    • TV/computer hookups, small kitchen area with sink, tables & chairs included
  • Belgrade High School/Belgrade Middle School Facilities
    • Approx. 1,400 sq. feet of space – can rent with or without the kitchen space
    • Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat = all hours open & Tues, Wed, Thurs = available after 2pm
