The 4-H Exchange Program gives Stillwater County 4-H members the opportunity to travel to another state, experience a different community and culture, and build friendships and memories that last a lifetime.

Members can join the Exchange Program at age 12, with travel beginning at age 13. Participants meet monthly to learn about upcoming opportunities, plan for their exchange, build teamwork and leadership skills, and participate in fundraisers to help make their trip possible.

Recent Stillwater County 4-H exchanges have taken members to Virginia, California, and Kansas, giving youth the chance to experience everything from new landscapes and traditions to different 4-H programs and communities.

Exchange isn't just about traveling—it's about stepping outside your comfort zone, learning from others, becoming more independent, and representing Stillwater County 4-H along the way.
