About

Born and raised in Montana, Bill has more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing operations management and leadership, plus more than 20 years of hands-on teaching and implementation of the principles of Lean Manufacturing Systems. In addition, he has extensive knowledge and experience with the requirements of certified Quality Management Systems.

His early career was spent at Boeing and Honeywell, and he served as a business advisor with MMEC for more than 14 years, conducting transformational projects for many clients across the state. Through his guidance, his overarching objective is to empower businesses with the tools, knowledge, and systems they need to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
