Philosophy

I grew up West Yellowstone, Montana with a love for sports and outdoor activities. I developed a keen interest for training at a young age and love to continuously learn the best ways to train. With clients, I focus most on developing healthy relationships with working out and exercise, recognizing the benefits of exercise beyond just the physical. I believe in a specific approach to training centered on attainable goals and consistent effort. My favorite part of training is seeing someone realize their own potential and find the benefits of exercise for themselves. 

In my time as a fitness specialist, I've found that the uniqueness of each client's goals and ideas is what makes my job so special, and what brings programming to life. As a trainer, I am fully dedicated to constructing and carrying out programming that fits your needs and your goals. I am here to push you beyond what you thought you were capable of and to provide the support you need to evolve.
