About the Parking Garage

CAA-IT manages both the graphical content displayed on TVs inside the parking garage as well as the sound content played through the speakers on the first floor. If you would like to submit your work to be displayed in the parking garage, follow the directions below for your school. If you have any trouble with these instructions, please feel free to swing by our office, and we'll be happy to assist you with ensuring your content meets the requirements necessary for the parking garage. 

Submission Requirements

If you're submitting an art project to be displayed in the parking garage, please ensure it meets the following specifications:

Still Image Compilations/Slideshows

Using a video editor of your choice, configure each piece of art, photography, or architectural design, to last for thirty seconds. Ensure that your "video slideshow's" length is under three minutes. Pieces must be of at least 1920x1080p resolution or higher. .mp4 file format is required. Please ensure that your content is safe for viewing for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Do not include audio in your video, as the TVs do not currently play audio. 

Short Films

If you are submitting a short film, please export it at 1920x1080p resolution with a framerate of at least 24 FPS. Ensure that it is the .mp4 file format. Keep the length of the film under three minutes to ensure that everyone has their work viewed. Please ensure that your content is safe for viewing for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Do not include audio in your video, as the TVs do not currently play audio. 

Audio

If you are submitting a piece of music, please use your preferred DAW to normalize the track to the maximum DB levels of this linked sample.

Listed below in each section is links to upload your work for each school. Designs will be approved by CAA-IT in a techincal sense and by faculty and staff in each respective school.
