  • Winter Sowing Workshop: Billings Community Seed Library will host a Winter Sowing Workshop on February 4th, 12 pm - 1 pm in the Community Room of the Billings Public Library. For more information visit: billingslibrary.org/358/EVENTS.
  • Gardening in Montana Workshop Series: This workshop series will consist of four monthly workshops January - April. Workshops will be held at the ACE Civic Center in Columbus, MT. For more information contact the Stillwater County Extension office at 406-322-8035.

    Winter gardening in Montana? Yes, you can! Get a jump start on your spring gardening by using a one-gallon plastic jug, seeds, and a few basic supplies.
    Join us to learn about this seed-starting method, which seeds work best, how to create your mini-garden, and where to place it outside for growing success.
    Please bring a clean one-gallon plastic container to class. All other supplies will be provided.
