Some departments/events provide Coupon Codes to be used in the kiosks located on the first and second floors of the parking garage. A Coupon Code validates a days worth of parking. Below you can find instructions on how to input a Coupon Code.

Instructions for use:

  • Park on the first or second floor that does not have a Reserved sign.
  • Please bring your license plate number to a pay station. You do not need to enter your space number.

*NOTE: Rental car key chains often do not match the physical license plate numbers.

  • Pay stations are located on the first and second floor near the stairwells in the southwest and northeast corners.
    1. When you get to the pay station, press the "OK" button to continue.
    2. Enter your full and correct license plate number and press "OK"
    3. Pres (1) for Coupon
    4. Then, press "OK"
    5. Then, press "OK" again
    6. Enter your coupon code and press "OK"
    7. A summary screen will appear. Please wait until your receipt is printed in the lower receptacle.

Things to know:

  • Email your coupon code and plate to parkingservices@montana.edu, if you experience an issue with entry.
  • The parking garage is enforced fro 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • We have transitioned to a License Plate Reading system, so visitors do not need to place the receipt on the dash. This does require an accurate license plate number to avoid a citation.
