During the year, maintenance and events necessitate the closure of campus lots. Known dates of lot closures are listed below. Signage will be posted and email notification will be sent to permit holders articulating the closure and where vehicles can be parked during the closure.

Please note that vehicles not relocated by the time specified on the date of each designated closure will be subject to citation and towing at owners expense ($300). Our goal is not to have to tow any vehicles, so please be mindful of closures that impact the areas where you park. Please see our parking map for reference.

West Garfield Street - Partial Closure

7/6/2026 at 6am - 7/10/2026 at the end of day.
During this closure, we kindly ask our:
  • South Branegan Fox permit holders to move their vehicles to the West Julia Martin parking lot, accessible from South 15th Ave. and South 12th Ave.
    • Any vehicles remaining in South Branegan Court Parking Lot after 6 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026, will be unable to move their vehicles out of the parking lot until maintenance is completed.
  • Bobcat permit holders are to utilize alternative Bobcat lots. The closest Bobcat Lots to this vicinity are Bobcat Lots 3, and 5.

During this period, we kindly ask you to utilize other available Bobcat parking lots in the vicinity. The closest Bobcat parking lots are Bobcat 5 and 6. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
