The Student Commons is available for students, student organizations, or university groups to reserve Monday through Friday from 4pm-10pm. Please follow the instructions below for reserving the Student Commons. Please reach out to disc@montana.edu if you have any questions. 

  1. Complete the Terms of Agreement via Docusign. It make take up to three business days for staff to review and approve your terms of agreement.
  2. Once you have completed the Terms of Agreement and received approval from our staff, use the Cat Card AdminWeb Portal to reserve the Student Commons for specific dates and times
    1. From Cat Card AdminWeb homepage, click MyAccess on the left-hand panel.
    2. Under drop-down menu, select "Reserve Room." If you don't see the "Reserve Room" option. give the reservation system two business days to process your access and try again.
    3. Select date, time, and duration of meeting during available times.
    4. Click the green "Reserve" button.
    5. Confirm all details of your reservation, then click "Confirm."
    6. Back on your room reservation homepage, you should see your upcoming reservation(s).
  3. You now have the ability to reserve the Student Commons for your meeting needs. Please remember the terms you agreed to—and enjoy your time in the Student Commons.
